Josef Fritzl, an Austrian, locked up his daughter for 24 years in a cellar, and had 7 children with her. In March 2009 he was convicted to a lifelong imprisonment.

Ingrid Holvoet describes Josef Fritzl from a picture. In a picture the subconscious mind that surrounds man, and which consists of a light, invisible matter is copied. It’s as if there is a predator in Josef Fritzl that throws himself upon its prey. As if he’s in the personality of a predator, and sees the other in terms of ‘his prey that he tears up at will’. A prey which is entirely at his mercy and which he can do with as he pleases and which he can let live or destroy as desired.
 
He has to have others in his power, only then he can feel good. In particular he has to have power over one person, only then he feels good. He has to be able to dominate and tyrannize, only then he feels good. He has to be able to feel himself in the position of a predator which has all power over his prey, a position which his prey is entirely defenseless in, and then he feels good, then he feels as happy as a king. Then he can enjoy life, then he is able to cope with life.
 
When Josef Fritzl finds himself in a position in which he has absolute power over another person, when another person finds himself in a position of complete submission, and has no single possibility to want something for himself or to choose or to decide for himself, when Josef Fritzl finds himself in the situation in which he can simply do with the other what he wants and that the other can do nothing, nothing at all to fight back or to free himself from his tricky situation, then Josef Fritzl is very happy, then he has a tremendous energy and vigour, then he has an incredible energy. Then he can cope with anything, then he can cope with any setback and he can even be friendly to and compliant with other people. Being able to entirely subject another person is what nourishes him in order to live.
 
A woman has to be entirely subjected, then he can enjoy sex. If he knows that the victim he is using sexually has no single way out and that he has total power and control, then he can indulge in sex, he can really enjoy sex. That provides him with energy and vitality. Because of that he gets energy and vitality and afterwards he is able to cope with life again.
Being able to regularly rape a women, by which he finds himself in a position in which he is entirely in control and in which the woman he rapes is entirely defenseless, gives him unparalleled power, gives him an energy enabling him to fight thousands of lions attacking him, after that he can handle the entire world. This lasts for a while, and then the energy is gone, and he once again has to be able to rape a woman in order to have the same energy. And so on, and so on.
 
The situation with his daughter locked up in the cellar, and subjected to his arbitrariness, and the possibility to rape her at will, to use and to control her like an object, gave him the power to live, and to be reasonably good to others (not all too tyrannical, yet some flexibility), and to be friendly to other people, to be able take on his job and to function well in his job.
 
Every time he had raped his daughter, he once again had energy, he could do things and he could be friendly to other people and do his best for the things he was responsible for. Like someone else revives by making a trip, or a good film, or a good conversation with someone, he revived by raping a woman. Because at that moment he was in a position of being entirely in possession of someone entirely helpless, and that gave him a bolt of energy to be able to keep going for a number of days. And then he needed it again etc.

Feelings towards his daughter (as long as the situation lasted): the fact that he had someone who was subjected to his arbitrariness and whom he could rape at all times and which gave him the feeling that the other was an object over whom he had total control, kept him going.   The fact that he had her at his disposal at all times, kept him going, time and again gave him the energy enabling him to go on.
 
Feelings towards the children in the cellar: he was proud he had those children, and he felt very good about the fact that those children were conceived by raping his daughter. He had proved something, he had proved to himself he could have total control over someone else, and consequently that he meant something. He had actually succeeded in conceiving children with a woman who didn’t want that at all, he had been able to conceive children against her will, and she had been a complete victim of the situation. He had been able to entirely manipulate her and impose his will on her, he had triumphed, the children were evidence of that. He was happy to have those children, they were the evidence of his control over others. When he thought about those children and about the way they had been conceived (by control over another person), then he felt happy, then he again had vigour, he could again cope with life. He had achieved something, he had proved something to himself, he was happy.
 
Other feelings towards the children: they too were more like an object to him, perhaps he felt some love for them, but it was more of a burden they were there though. But then again there was the tremendously blissful feeling of having succeeded in entirely oppressing another person and having proved something to himself. He had proved to himself he was able to have total control over another, he was a happy man.
 
 
 
Other characteristics of Josef Fritzl
 
He hás to be master of a situation, he hás to have control over everything and over people, otherwise he can not live. If not he’s dead. He hás to rule and tyrannize, otherwise he’s dead. Otherwise he doesn’t live, he’s like a withered plant, which no longer has any life force and will die. Then he has no more energy at all and he can no longer cope with life. Then there is nothing that can captivate him, that can make him happy. 
 
Is solely occupied with himself. Exclusively thinks about himself and about what he wants. He can exclusively look at the world from that point of view. Everyone has to obey, everyone has to do as he wants. This is an indisputable rule, it can only happen that way, it can’t happen any other way.
When he plans something, then he not only thinks up his own share in the plan, but he also thinks about what the others will do within the framework of his plan. It doesn’t occur to him to ask the others if they would want to do everything as he has planned it. He assumes they will do as he wishes. He plans things and everyone has to comply with his plan, and everyone has to do the things as he wants them to do. Nobody has the choice to do something the way they want it themselves and no one has the choice to do something they want to do themselves.
 
For instance, when he plans a trip, then everyone has to adapt to his will, no one has any right whatever to his own contribution. He plans a trip, and he decides that the others will come along, and he determines where they are going, he decides when they are leaving, he decides what they are going to do over there and what they will spend money on. When a job is planned, then he decides what everyone will do and when and how much. The people who have to do the job don’t contribute whatsoever, everything is done and happens like he wants it. Nothing can happen that he doesn’t want. The others have to go along.
 
If he wants them to watch television together, then they will watch television together. If he wants dinner to be ready at a certain time, and that they will eat this and that, then dinner will be ready at that time and then they will eat this and that. If he wants someone to go shopping, then this person will make errands and buy what Josef Fritzl wants and nothing less and nothing more.
 
People have to do as he pleases. It won’t for a second cross his mind that someone else would like to have something in another way or that someone else would want something else than what he wants. That’s simply out of the question, it happens as he wants it to. He exudes such a strong authority that the others just do everything the way he wants it. It doesn’t even occur to them to resist, they simply do what he wants.
 
Egoism, extreme egoism. Everything must be for him, everything belongs to him, he ought to get everything. Everything is always only for him, whatever, in any situation. He loves no one, only loves himself. (this is what I feel in this picture, in other pictures I sense that he can at times actually feel some love for his wife and his children)
In anything he wants to have the best for himself, for the others it doesn’t matter all that much. He will make sure he’s always comfortable, if things are unpleasant for the others, then it doesn’t matter much, those have to put up with that. Since those are not a king like himself, those are just insignificant subjects. 
 
He is totally unable to give love, he is entirely unable to feel any understanding for another person.  Exclusively looks from his own viewpoint, solely knows his own mental world, is unable to feel anything else besides his own self, is not in the slightest way conscious of of another’s emotions or inner self
 
He looks at another like an object executing his orders. In this he doesn’t tolerate any objection, hesitation or slowness of the other. If his orders are not carried out at once he can become infuriated, and proceed to a heavy-handed approach, like hitting, if necessary beating someone up, (possibly lashing, that I’m not sure of, it can only be an idea he has without it actually being carried out), locking up someone in a room without light and without food, without toilet, for days if necessary, until they have become meek and obey his orders and do everything he wants, without complaining, without grumbling. Because grumbling or muttering or hesitating: he doesn’t tolerate that, they must obey him in everything and otherwise they will encounter the consequences.

Another is an object and is exclusively there to his purpose and needs to obey. In this he has no consciousness of another person’s feelings or what it means to another or what he does to another. Only sees he own view and that is the only thing he perceives, apart from this he doesn’t perceive anything. Except for the fact that they don’t listen or are not fast enough to do what he wants, he does actually see that and then he takes action and he hits them or locks them up until they are listening.
 
It can’t go fast enough, when another must do something for him it must go fast, he is unable to wait. When someone is engaged in something he must drop that, and he must straight away take to what Josef Fritzl wants to be done. And only after that the other can again go on with his own activities.
 
To the outside world this is hidden. When Josef Fritzl comes outside with his family, then it seems a perfect harmonious family. He appears to be a loving husband and father. As soon as there are other people around, he is an entirely different person. Then he acts as if he is full of affection for his children, then he will address them lovingly and touch them lovingly, the same for his wife. Then he will take a child on his arm and act kind to it.
But as soon as he’ s alone with his family he’s once more the bogeyman, the devil. Then he’s dominant, then he orders, then he rants and raves, then they have to dance to his piping, then once more they have to do everything he wants and they have to keep silent when he wants it. At times he wants everyone to be silent and then there has to be silence for hours. Nobody is allowed to say anything or is allowed to make any noise, may almost not move. They (at times) have to be quiet at the table, no one may say a word.
 
He has to get attention, everything has to revolve around him. He has to be the centre of attention. He can be charming in company. He can chat fluently in company, and talk about things, but he has to make himself felt, it has to be about him, he has to do the talking. He wants to have his say and he is not interested in what another wants to tell. He doesn’t hear what another is telling, he has his attention fixed on himself and on what he wants to tell. He’ll interrupt someone who is speaking and get to speak again.
In contacts with people he yearns for attention, he has to be admired, has to get compliments. He’ll start talking about himself and about his achievements, he’ll boast, tell about grandiose things.

A desire to boast in contacts with people, a desire to tell fantastic (almost impossible, greatly exaggerated) things about himself, a desire to tell what important things he does, how good he is, how successful he is, all that he performs, what important function he has, a desire to show others how important a person he is.
 
Has very little self-confidence, thinks he is a nobody, feels very small, has to display himself in order to be someone, has to catch the eye, has to get attention, has to push others aside (in social contacts) and make himself felt in order to be someone (he can be witty and get all the attention).
Only if he’s the centre of interest and gets all attention he can feel good, otherwise he feels dreadful. When he fades into the background, he feels rotten.  Then he feels só small and só awful, then he feels só barren and dead, then he’s invisible, he no longer exists, he no longer lives, he is completely withered and as good as dead, and then he hás to come to the forefront, that’s his only chance to survive.
 
Only if he receives a lot of attention from everyone, is the central figure, only if he’s the only one making himself felt and if all the others are insignificant and don’t get any attention, and find themselves in a subordinate position listening to him and are not getting a chance, and have to listen to him, and are totally unable to come to the forefront themselves, only if he can entirely push himself to the forefront and push the others into his shadow where he’s the shining central light, he can live and he has energy, and he can cope with life, and he can assume the responsibility for his family, and he can exhibit some flexibility for his family and for other people.
 
With regard to the situation at the moment the picture was taken (he was in custody with the police at that moment): he feels dead, has no one to domineer over, he can’t live like that, he can only fade now. When he’s got no one to domineer over, to him that’s the same as being dead.
He wants to dominate everywhere, also when he’s in custody, he would want to act the boss (with the police), but that is not possible, he has to listen, so he wilts.

He doesn’t see what he’s done wrong. Very vague, somewhere in the distance in his mind, he knows that sort of thing can’t be done, but it doesn’t really dawn on him.
It’s normal for him to have control over people, because he doesn’t see that’s wrong, on the contrary, he has every right to do so. He doesn’t know any other way of being and he can’t imagine anything else, he can’t see that it is wrong.
 
If he’ll be locked up, and won’t be able to move freely, and is subjected to others, and no longer has a life in which he controls others, and no longer has anyone to rape, then life is meaningless to him, and then he’d rather be dead.

Feelings at the moment of the picture:

He’s got everything under control, he’s happy. Everybody is listening, everybody is meek, everybody does what he wants, nothing is bothering him at that time. Everything is planned and arranged like he wants is, he’s satisfied.
He’s got his way in everything, he has bent everyone to his will,
he has been able to achieve anything he wanted to achieve
and he is most contented with the situation.

Tyranny, everyone has to listen, everyone has to do as he says. Things have to be easy and comfortable for him, the others have to walk their legs off to serve him. He couldn’t care less that the others are not well off, that the others don’t feel well or are in pain. The others are his subjects, his slaves, and have to serve him, whether or not they feel good.  He has to feel good, that’s what it’s about. Everyone has to understand that life is about that, that he is has it good, and about nothing else. Their concerns are of no importance, that’s not what it’s about. They mustn’t nag or complain or mutter, he has to have it good, that’s what it’s about, and this first has to be taken care of. If he first is all right, and if they next want something for themselves as well, that he can bear, that’s allowed. But he has to be given a chance first, it is about him, they have to understand that. If there is something left afterwards for them and if he is not the worse for it, then it’s allowed, he’s fine with that. But him first, they have to understand this, he has to get that firmly into their heads.

No one is allowed to manifest themselves in situations in which he wants to be the central figure. At such moments they have to keep in the background. He has to shine, he has to figure in the front, and the others have to be overshadowed. If someone around him wants to step into the limelight and as a result pushes him to the background, then he’ll sanction that person. He won’t tolerate that, he’ll teach that person a lesson. That person has to be punished, he’ll bring that person to his/her knees.

If he’s got everything under control, if he can bend everyone to his will, if everyone hastens to serve him, if he has been able to organize everything, absolutely everything, like he wants it to, if he has everyone at his beck and call down to the smallest detail, if he has commanded everybody’s respect, if he is in control of the situation down to the smallest detail, then he’s so happy, then he’s so intensely happy, then he’s alive, then he’s alíve, then he has a tremendous vigour, then he has an incredible energy, then he’s up to anything. Then he is so good-tempered that another can have something as well. Then he’s so well-disposed and cheered up that he wants to do something for others, that he can endure them to make noise whereas otherwise he would want silence, then they can even moan or complain a little, then he can put up with all that.

Usually he can’t tolerate much from others, only if he’s very well-disposed. Don’t have them cross him or object, don’t have them do something which irritates him, don’t have them get under his feet when it doesn’t suit him, don’t have them make noise when he wants there to be silence, since o dear, then he’s mad, he rants and raves, (then he possibly hits, I’m not sure about that), then he’s furious. Then he’ll punish, then he’ll take revenge, then he’ll push everyone up against the wall, until he once again has the situation well in hand.

Feelings towards his wife: she is an object he uses to satisfy his sexual needs. She is subordinated to him, she has to listen to him, she has to do what he wants. To the outside world he seems a loving husband, and they appear to be a happy couple. In the presence of other people he’s charming and sweet to her. Once in a while he can feel a little love for her and he can be good to her. If only she does what he wants. As long as she does what he wants, things are going rather well between them and he can do something for her though. 

Feelings towards his daughter in the cellar: he’s got things under control and he is as happy as a king. He feels very well with the situation of his daughter being locked up in the cellar. He’s got a family (that everyone knows of) and then he’s got a second family. He has really achieved something is his life, he has really accomplished something. His daughter is subjected to him and she does everything he wants. She is afraid of him and he’s very happy about that, he enjoys that. He threatens her once in a while, that he’ll leave them to their own devices, that he’ll no longer show up and let them to starve. And she’s terrified about that. He has done that from the beginning when she was locked up. And with that threat he has got control of her. Then she was cooperative.

Feelings towards his children in the cellar: at times they are more of a burden. At times he’d rather not have them, but on the other hand he’s proud of himself for what he’s achieved. He does feel some love for them though, and he takes care of them as best as he can, as to food and clothing, and as to entertainment. He feels sorry for them to have to live like this, but that’s simply the way it is. He’ll definitely never abandon them.
What he would be able to do with his daughter (whom he has the children with).
As to her he would be able to simply let her starve, simply never again turn up and forever close off the cellar, but with his other children in the cellar he couldn’t do that.

Below there’s a text about another matter.
Via an internationally known topic which will be read by people all over the world (Josef Fritzl), I (Ingrid Holvoet) wish to draw attention to a distressing situation in Belgium where I live.
Namely that the Belgian state (which with regard to medicine and therapies, is being ruled by the pharmaceutical industry) does everything in its power to eliminate alternative therapies.
 
To everyone to whom alternative therapies are near their heart, please help to spread this text across the Internet.

Help to fight the pharmaceutical industry that wants to get rid of all others and who aims at monopoly. The pharmaceutical industry does not refrain from the application of immoral strategies in order to achieve its objectives. They have an awful lot of money and power. They are bribing governments, the media, the medical sector, and they are calling in skeptical organizations, such as SKEPP in Belgium.
 
These extremist, fanatical, militant, unscrupulous, utmost narrow-minded messenger boys of the pharmaceutical industry are being amply rewarded for their despicable activities.  They are highly paid to make anti-propaganda against anything alternative and psychic. Immoral actions against alternative therapists and psychic people or the alternative industry are not alien to them.
 
They are operating under the cover of wanting to objectively examine alternative therapies and psychic issues. That’s the last thing they are doing! They are not examining anything at all in an objective way! Their only goal and reason of being is the elimination or the obstruction of the competition of the pharmaceutical industry.

Josef Fritzl is an awful person. However, with the LTA therapy someone like Josef Fritzl can be transformed into a loving person.

Ingrid Holvoet tries to make the LTA therapy known in Belgium and elsewhere, in a peaceful way. She explains her view on man and the subconscious mind in her book. She wants to show how things are done as well as the possibilities of her therapy by way of the filmed treatments (still looking for several candidates).
 
However, the Belgian government who still has medieval views on power, and who is being governed by the pharmaceutical industry, is trying to wipe out alternative therapies. Legislation is aimed at the elimination of alternative therapists, therapists working with techniques for personal growth, and doctors who wish to work alternatively.
With regard to this please read more in the text about the text about the illegal practice of medicine. The pharmaceutical industry, in collaboration with the politicians paid by them, the media paid by them, and a club of immoral university professors and scientists (SKEPP) who are prepared to go to great lengths in exchange for bribes, are in power in Belgium.
 
The LTA method systematically achieves results and can be scientifically proved. Something which is also scientifically provable is the existence of psychic phenomena. With regard to this please read this text. Ingrid Holvoet makes an appeal to science to study the LTA therapy.

With the LTA method thousands of issues can be resolved for which no solution existed so far. If this technique were applied on a large scale, the world would have a tool to put an end to a great deal of misery as well as to egoism in the world.
 
Ingrid Holvoet labours for the Belgian government (= the medical commission, the order of physicians and the highly rewarded politicians), the immoral scientists of SKEPP and the media to be punished for their crimes. In Belgium they hold all power, and they can do whatever they want. In Belgium they can destroy other people with impunity.
It has come to my (Ingrid Holvoet) ears that the Belgian government has already been reprimanded by the United Nations for what they are doing. It’s clear that we are not entirely powerless if we can find the right channels.
 
I hereby make an appeal to doctors who are being persecuted or suspended by the Belgian government and who have or who haven’t emigrated to another country, and alternative therapists and people working with techniques for personal growth, who are being or have been persecuted by the Belgian government and who have or who haven’t emigrated to another country, to join forces. Together we’re stronger and we can fight back against the injustices occurring in Belgium and we can press charges against the Belgian government in international organizations and claim sizeable compensation for what has been done to us.
I also make an appeal to people who have been besmirched or sabotaged by SKEPP. Please present yourself to me, together we’re stronger to make a stand against both the Belgian government and SKEPP.
 
There are therapists and medical doctors who – as a result of what they have been subjected to – lost their lives, there are therapists and doctors who committed suicide because they were hunted (in Belgium and France). One day the Belgian government and its accomplices will be punished for the crimes they are committing.
 
I’ve been informed that the situation in France is even worse than in Belgium. Message to French alternative therapists and medical doctors who are being persecuted: join forces and let it be known to the international community what is happening in France.

I know that the pharmaceutical industry and/or the Belgian government have already considered murdering me, but that they will not do that for the moment since then there will be an investigation.
Meanwhile people have been formed who master the LTA therapy and who are formed to a sufficient degree so as to be able to manage on their own.

These therapists will remain anonymous, that’s obvious. If not they will be persecuted by the Belgian government and they will be slandered and ridiculed by the immoral gang of SKEPP and the media.
These situations remind of the first Christians and the catacombs. History is repeating itself.
 
To alternative therapists in the Netherlands: join forces against the skeptical movements, unite against Skepsis and “De vereniging tegen de kwakzalverij”.
These organizations do not mean well towards mankind. They just want to thwart what can help people and what can help the world forward, so that the pharmaceutical industry has unlimited power. The skeptical movements are paid by the pharmaceutical industry for their despicable activities. Unite against the skeptical movements and against the pharmaceutical industry.

Therapists all over the world, assemble against the skeptical movements and the pharmaceutical industry. Their reason of being most certainly isn’t the interest of humanity.
There was a time that the church had the people in its power and kept people ignorant and obstructed the progress in the world. Now the medical and pharmaceutical mafia want the power and want to keep people ignorant and wants to thwart progress in the world.

People across the world: unite against the skeptical movements. Worldwide there ought to come about a legislation banning such movements. The skeptical movements are violating the democratic principle. In a democratic community diverse therapeutic disciplines have the right to exist beside one another, without one of the disciplines – in this case conventional medicine being allowed to hunt for the other disciplines.
Various political parties and religions have the right to exist next to one another. If one of the parties or religions would systematically slander, humiliate and want to sabotage the other, then this would be put a stop to.
 
What the skeptical movements are doing doesn’t belong in a democratic society and must be forbidden. People all over the world: unite against the skeptical movements and against the pharmaceutical industry.
